Important note for overseas customers: Please mark all packages 'For Temporary Import for repair only'. We suggest using an insured courier such as UPS. Since the declared value for customs is irrelevant for temporary imports and subjective on faulty equipment anyhow, please enter a value of £18 GBP or less. Do however declare the replacement value as the insured value. If in doubt please call or e-mail us.

Please note that all goods returned for repair will be subject to a one hour (£50), minimum charge to cover inspection and administration costs.
